GenModel is a software package for generation of 3D models consisting of surfaces. The models are saved in VTK format. The software is distributed free of charge under GPL license (http://gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html). The software is developed in Python language using VTK library.
The software package consists of the following programs:
display - displaying models,
gensur - generation of surface based on the set of points,
tria3tria6 - transformation of tria3 elements into tria6 elements,
mergesur - merging two VTK models,
cutter - generates an interface between geological rocks outcropping at the surface,
crcube - generation of a surface in a form of rectangular cuboid,
crsphere - generation of a surface in a form of sphere.
